I think you're overstating this. If, say, a company signs up for services from Verizon, Verizon isn't going to do any DD.

How many licensing agreements have you yourself signed? With Microsoft? With Apple? And more… We've all done that dozens of times. Did those companies run background checks?




Are we now speculating that Acuant blindly signs agreements without verification?

Companies wouldn't sign agreements with other company's without verifying if it's legitament or not. That's common business practice, and common sense.

For all investors know, services cold be mutually shared between TRON/iMedscan and Acuant. The PR doesn't specify exactly unfortunatley.
