Peter isn't scared of bringing you bad news, he does not care about you. I've dedicated a whole post on the issue of 'hiding under the desk'.

Peter cares about himself and his ERHC shares, and he cares about SEO, with his shares...

Wake up. They, themselves, are stakeholders. And there is no better guarantee that they will do their stinking best than that.

ERHC is the block owner, any way you look at it. And CEPSA has 10 billion to spent on exploration, their key business right now.
