Wouldn't be surprised if we needed another extension, it if was a simple APA agreement; would've been announced 2 extensions ago.

IMHO, I think we have become the pathway to the US market for Venn Life. At this point, I'm quietly loading sub-penny prices, as much as I can.

Like Money said, Venn trades at $30
