fred, you should have raised and asked those questions


to yourself before investing in a pink sheet stocks

such as GPGD/

my suggestion is sell your position in GPGD and move on

to some more lower level of risk investment, apparently

the risks are too great here for you/

but over time, which may take up to a year or so,

your answers could be fulfilled, but by then, GPGD may

well be in the upper .80/.90¢ price range by then...


why in the world did you invest in GPGD knowing these

questions couldn't be answered at the time? when you

get all the answers to your queations, please post them

to the board, in the meantime, I will continually do

my due diligence on GPGD and be happy to update you

when the facts become clearer.....
