ZONX - I find it hard to believe that investors would come in and "invest" in shares based on the 14c filing in July - regarding the potential reverse split, potential dilution of non participating non float company shares etc. However, with this said there are gamblers in the world - look no further than Las Vegas. In my opinion this is the type of money that would acquire shares - even though they know the house has the edge they put their money down on the crap table. The bigger question is why did ZONX file the 14c - they had to know that this filing would in all likelihood distract investors of their common shares. So why did they file the 14c - why not just file for a reverse split at some point in the future when it is deemed that they want to split? One explanation could be that right now they have the majority of shares required to approve a reverse split and so they took the vote now and provided Board approval to enact it at their discretion up until March 31, 2017. Is it possible that they might not have majority ownership of common shares looing forward to approve the split so they wanted to approve it now? These are my views, thoughts and opinions - would enjoy hearing yours.
