Ed's lack of transparency has surfaced again in removing the "ratings" and "comments from the public" his company gets through Facebook...

Can't say that one can blame him...though they were true, they were negative...

The professional way to deal with those comments of course, was not taken, just remove them and hide them...

Wouldn't it be great if Ed would just do as he says and deliver and allow the comments to be retracted or adjusted positively?

My thoughts, MHO.
