this is true it is risky. however it does look good. and for being in the game i would think it will do good. also the gentleman who writes for 321-GOLD must think it is a good deal and that makes me happy. that in itself i would say means something because he sees alot of mines and has gotten to know things that would help his investment s. iwould not think he would write that if he did not mean it. ROXY will do just fine. what makes me chuckle is that COMINCO looked at it and maybe they they are kicking themselves in the butt now .. but then again we have all turned down a good deal at one time or another . i believe it,s a winner. maybe TECH will come on board and wouldnt that be nice.. get some big money in there and really go to town .. hang in there and go long i believe we have a winner and sometimes slow and easy does win the race and the PRIZE$$$$$$$$$$$
