In my opinion - Joseph Collins is a scam artist.

Here are details of what he's done in the approximate past two years. 1. He became CEO of Urban Television Network Corporation a pink sheet company. He then issued news releases - which I believe were misleading and were false. The stock went up and then it went down. CLASSIC PUMPING AND DUMPING.

2. He was involved in a lawsuit against his company and against himself in Los Angeles as director of a show. The lawsuit name was Hustle Zombie Entertainment vs Joseph Collins. https://casetext.com/case/hustle-zombies-entmt-llc-v-collins Look it up. The lawsuit was about Joseph Collins signing a contract with a company and didn't pay the first payment of many payments.

3. As URBT's CEO - he announced on a bulletin board that he put in a lot of effort but couldn't pay his debts (creditors). Look up URBT's bulletin board on this site to read my posts there.

In his present company called Punch TV - his new company has been qualified by the SEC to be a public company. Don't get too excited. If you read the public SEC filings - you will see the financial statements. In further filings - you will read that the financials were reviewed by a person named Daniel R. Leonard, CPA.

If you check records online - you will not find Daniel R. Leonard from Alabama as a CPA. Collins may be working in concert with others to make the SEC filings without a licensed certified professional accountant. Then look further at the financials - you will see his contributions to the company. His largest contribution seems to be a film library which was not valued by a valuation firm, it was valued by an accountant and Collins by my belief without a CPA looking at the financials. When I checked last, I believe his office is in a church in Los Angeles - use google earth to look up the company address.

BE CAREFUL - DO YOUR OWN DUE DILIGENCE OF ANYTHING TO DO WITH JOSEPH COLLINS. In my opinion - his is a penny stock scammer.
