MALC STONE POST #10843

Acuant would not sign and come to an agreement with a "hijacked shell" especially if TRON's CEO, Mr. Bosticco, is a puppet or a fake, nor would they if Tracy created TRON for the sole purpose of fradulant acts. That would be a public embarrassment to Acuant.

Sure they would. Acuant isn't doing DD on TRON or iMedScam, they will take their money if they want to license their IP.

I doubt that ever occurs in reality though.

Acuant is likely not even aware of Tracy, nor would they care. He is not their lawyer under SEC investigation for fraudulent filings.

Corporations signing agreements with other companies/corporations have rules to abide to, including conducting some form of Due Diligence.

A corporation (or any corporation) such as Acuant would not blindly sign and come to an agreement with TRON if it was a "hijack Shell", a fraudulent company, or lead by a CEO without merit, regardless of who licenses what IP's from who.
