This is very important in the PR today...
"today announced that it has entered into definitive agreements with health care dedicated institutional investors"

This is not private individuals but an institution now holding shares of CYDY. These Insti's don't flip shares for .15-.20. They are in it for $5 plus and guaranteed to exercise their warrants later on.

And as I've said before you can't raise money if you don't have anything of substance. My moneys on a rebound.
