You mean the ones filed in the Form 10?

They have to file the financials for the last few years, in order to come current. LOL



They start on Page F-1. And specifically it's for two years, not a "few years".

They are about as current as they can be, unless of course they need to file an amendment.

OTC Markets will consider them "current" when the Form 10 is declared effective, which takes 60 days.
