Declaring TRON a hijack shell is opinion/speculation.

Opinion/speculations and reality are not one in the same.

TRON is in the hands of Mr. Bosticco. I am aware that there is allready "speculation" that he is a puppet to attempt to disprove Mr. Bosticco. There is no proof of that.

I did not reply to the request in regards to what Acuant Corporation "validated" with TRON's Press Release because this was allready discussed in previous posts. There are stickied Due Diligence links along with screen shots of emails explaining everything. As I said before, the PR was only an "overall" update; nothing with regard to IP licencing.

Acuant would not sign and come to an agreement with a "hijacked shell" especially if TRON's CEO, Mr. Bosticco, is a puppet or a fake, nor would they if Tracy created TRON for the sole purpose of fradulant acts. That would be a public embarrassment to Acuant.
