Thanks to all for good dd. As a newbie I have a question?

Supply and demand. Apparently there is a limited amount of supply and I can't figure out where the supply is coming from if all .05 and above players/weak players are out. Can I and all longs put in an ask price of $1.00 per share on 1% of there holdings and get his thing jump started? Let me know and I will put in my sell order @$1.00 per share good until cancelled.
