Sounds like they are making it harder and harder to trade pennies these days. If that is what you do I agree with Eli - go with Ameritrade or Etrade. Don't be trying any little broker. Even if they have cheap prices they all seem to change their rules as they go along. Stick with one of those two. I personally like Etrade better. I have used both. Ameritrade was good but I liked Etrade tools for active traders better.
