This; "Mexico Having Problems" excuse has been used before, back when HPPN was supposed to deliver phones to a Mexican operator, PM took the LC and took for ever to ship (some of) the phones..... never shipped the whole order... as usual.....

"They had software problems".....HA!HA!HA! GOOD ONE!!!! HA!HA!

I love how PM recycles old excuses....HA!HA!HA!HA! No imagination. HA!HA!
