Thats exactly what I was referring to....

"Pending Liquidation".... Exactly no thrift business here anymore, everyone is banking on a reverse merger with Riggs, kinda a stretch if you ask me...

"The Board has not yet identified a third party interested in such a merger transaction"....

Starting to put the puzzle together, told you guys nothing is a sure thing ~ merger not looking so good right now IMO....
