IMHO, audited financials are the key to just about everything:

-Credibility
-Uplisting to other exchanges and even pink reporting. Keep in mind that OTC BB and NASDAQ would require real 10Qs and 10Ks, not the income statement on their site
-Much more institutional money
-A share price befitting a rapidly growing company of their size....not a P/E of 2.7x based on the last 12 months!
