The PR never stated iMedscan will license products from Acuant. iMedscan holds proprietary technology that instantly scans and verifies patients Healthcare, so it can very well be either the other way around, or dual licensing.
Unfortunatley this is based on interpretation. If I'm correct though, the PR was "vague enough".

Lol, would you like me to furnish a list of companies that have done exactly what you suggest? Some got caught; others didn't.
So far, what TRON has said is vague enough that it probably won't get them into trouble.
