The PR never stated iMedscan will license products from Acuant. iMedscan holds proprietary technology that instantly scans and verifies patients Healthcare, so it can very well be either the other way around, or dual licensing.
Unfortunatley this is based on interpretation. If I'm correct though, the PR was "vague enough".
