Because Real Companies hate or take advantage of all those buyers that are flippers..>>> lol.

This is exactly when the company finds to be the best time to get rid of those short livers or trap them until they give up (lose their patience) and end up selling all their shares at a lose. Whereas, the company (institutions/insiders) and the true smart investors picks up all those share for a bargain price even when there is a monster news out in the market.

The real fruit comes when all this chaos-panic settles. So now you should know why the News was put out in this order. All money gets snatched/swapped from one to another....just my 2 cents... :)
