Yeah. It's in the filing because it's a company debt.

Ed was subpoenaed because he hasn't settled the debt. The hearing is to question him about collecting the debt. And this happened after the creditor "discovered" the company real estate he hid from the financial reports.

Don't expect the company to file fins anytime in the near future.
