A reverse split is generally bad, very bad. In the Zonx filing they state a proposed reverse split that would only apply to outstanding shares - no to authorized but unissued shares. This is doubly bad as current shareholders would be diluted while company shares increase in value pursuant to the split. In short, should they enact a reverse split under the terms outlined you can kiss away equity through significant dilution. My guess is that this is why you see almost no volume with Zonx. Who wants to buy with this huge pink elephant in the room. Those of us who own shares are hoping that the reverse doesn't go through but my guess is that it will.
