What I am trying to work out is, did IMSC or PP or members of those organisations have anything to do with Franky Zapata prior to the public unveiling of the Flyboard Air, which appeared in public in april 2016.

ie. Franky has been making and selling and running Water flyboards for several years.
SO when exactly did IMSC or people involved with IMSC step into the picture?
Things generally don't just happen overnight.
