I believe they have shares to sell now without increasing the count.

Again........I am speculating.........I have no crystal ball.....

The bottom line......don't fall in love with any penny stock.......

You will find decision making much easier if your risk is slight and your wife is not holding a baseball bat.....

I was lucky and enterd this stock on 8/8/ at sub penny........

It is nice to have friends that let you in on great potential stocks..
