Well my concern is , I signed up after the supposed cutoff for the initial box. So my first box was supposed to be August. I've emailed multiple times about receiving the first box , since they hadn't shipped and never received a response .

Now I was billed for another month, and am not even sure that I will get s "July" box, and can't ever get any answers .
