When Kim's attorney requested copies of the promissory notes (it took 3 requests) - when Ruppert filed he put in a $100,000 note that wasn't included in the original complaint.

So he is withdrawing the promissory note.

Hell maybe he and Ross created dozens of fake loans and promissory notes.

Ruppert is finding that when Ross isn't laying down and settling within a week from when he files a complaint it is much more difficult.

Ruppert never expected that anyone would dive into his fake loan scam and expose the fraud.

Hopefully Freeze will comment on the withdrawal.
