Because UVXY and TVIX are the biggest scams running. Literally everyday you hold those things you are losing money to decay.

The market has to pretty much tank for you to make any money off those things. If the market is flat, they go down. If the market is up, they go down. If the market is down slightly, they still go down.

If you notice, the same people claiming to have made money off it today were the same ones buying it weeks ago when it was at about the same price it closed today.

Only way to make money on those is from the short side. Nobody can guess right often enough to make money going long those things.
