Just got an email for a proxy vote for the shareholders annual meeting on 9/28. looks like they want to issue shares for something at a 25% discount Stock has been pretty quiet after the 3.40 run..I only have 1/3 of my shares left, hoping to see it drop a lil more, maybe 2.50-2.60 area to buy back. I am worried about cash burn and lack of info, the stock just seems to drift down after every pop..
