Ok yes it's not "TOTALLY CAD FREE"....but you're clearly missing the point.
Being below 100ppm, to RoHS, is essentially the same thing as CAD FREE. Why sacrifice display qualities and make poorer performing dots to get rid of the <100ppm of cadmium? The 100ppm isn't an exemption under RoHS. That's the established limit for ALL consumer products...not just QD TVs.
