Apollo Group likely FINISHED w conversions. For those that missed it in SEC proxy filing, the share count was higher which looks to me like Apollo finished converting the August note. In other words, it looks like dilution from Apollo over and if we get LOC next week, then toxic debt dilution is over!!!!
