poker, are you saying that our ability to vote is a positive? I suppose a choice is always good. But, whether you vote yes or no, for the sale of the ETD... isn't the company gone either way? If yes, it's sold at whatever valuation was agreed. If no, we default on our loans and PP takes the company. Am I wrong on this? Again, choice is good and if the valuation is bogus, I will vote no. I hope others would too. From there I think the legal battles would really begin to stop PP from taking over the company/assets.
