which probably has lead to going from 50mg qd to 50 qod ACHN-3102



looks like they are going with 25mg QD in the phase 2 you linked, not 50 qod (which would be difficult w a FDC)
thx for pointing out the lower dose that is going to be used in the ph 2 - JNJ must have some safety concerns w the 50mg dose
