Good Evening,

On the PR of August 15th with potential purchase by a company known out of UK, Cloudload, to acquire SPOM.

I bought into this PR of August 15th because of the Venture Capital Fund and I know of Venture Capital. I am a trader with over 40 years trading on Wall Street and this intrigued me. I won't go into this any further.

I know that SPOM has great IT models and the match is perfect for Cloadload and reason why they would want to acquire with the proper platform required to advance to the next level. .

However, They ( cloudload ) may be looking for a merger, but I feel the company to be acquired is Cloudload into SPOM. Not the other way around.

We has shareholders need to see the big picture. What will happen if they Cloudload acquires SPOM for $3,740.000 at .005 share price is and may not be to the best interest of shareholders regardless. Now on the surface, this sounds very interesting and where the price is now at .0012 makes for a nice return. I get that.

One objection I have is the recently acquired by.

" SPO Global recently purchased the technology company Reflective Solutions Corp. that sells its unique IP software to major enterprises in North America and Europe.

The principle software products of Reflective Solutions is "Stress Tester" a robust Performance Stress testing solution for large enterprise applications and its new product "Sentinel" that is providing enterprise customers an intelligent monitoring solution 24 / 7 software as a service (SaaS)."

These entities are far more worth in time than .005 per shares or the mentioned $3,740,000 for the total company (SPOM).

The company is probably eager to do a R/M, but I feel the company can establish it's presence in the IT fold just by sheer time, but again, as a trader, I do welcome the merger.

Now, I know R/M and acquisitions and been doing this for many years. However, when it all is said and done, I realize that Cloudload is approaching to acquire and the potential listed company is wishing to be acquired, but for .005 a share in my opinion is a small price to pay for a company that has already established itself.

Ok, anyway you look at it, we as shareholders only need to see what it means for our return and it will be under this proposal that so far without the written actual looks just fine, but I think the deal is cutting us short, but what does it matter.

My thinking is that the deal goes through only because it's a great deal and allows Cloud to become a public company once this is inked.

Only my opinion, but my entry of .0006 is sure a sound move.

The deal should come to a announcement between September 12 to the 27th I expect an announcement within this time period, If the announcement is next week coming, watch for the whisper winds in the next 3 day's.

Have a good day
