KDRH it was known that Ivo has an ownership of ~44% last year. Here's the 10K from Sept 2015 where it says:

Our CEO and Chairman controls 44.04% of the issued and outstanding shares of common stock.

10,000,000M/22,710,192M = 44.03309%

So I think the fact that he declared ownership now (~1.5 years later) means he's getting his ducks in a row before a deal - from a regulatory perspective
