There is a lot of "playing pretend" going on with this board....Verb deal, handshake deal done, etc. etc.
Also, there is absolutely no way they can organically up list to a better exchange if they dilute 50-70 million shares at this level. They still need funds to get to mid-2018 for FDA clearance....unless they up the timelines.
