Yep. And not having a PR/Marketing campaign to let the world know what they are doing is killing PPS. When everyone is kept in the dark and they continue to delay/misinform the public then what do they expect the stock price to do? They should be taking advantage of every opportunity and pursue opportunities to do interviews and gain some exposure. Unreal that they are diluting at these levels.
