FROM THE MARCH 29TH NEWS RELEASE

“Our recent visit to the University of Florida and the presentations at
PITTCON reaffirm our belief that Cannabix is developing the best technology in the field of detection of THC
in exhaled breath. Our FAIMS-MS device is now recognized as a very accurate and highly sensitive device and
we are moving quickly moving towards miniaturization of the bench top device. Agreements are in place with
parts suppliers and parts required to build the portable device are now on order and we expect to have a portable
FAIMS-MS device for field testing in the coming months.”

I WILL TAKE THAT QUOTE AS IT WILL BE LESS THAN 12 MONTHS UNTIL FIELD TESTING. IT HAS BEEN 5 MONTHS SINCE THIS RELEASE. 7 MONTHS TO GO OR LESS
