Sandridge is giving 10% of the re-organized company to employees and nothing to shareholders. That is complete garbage. Halcon rescources is in a much worse position and gave shareholders 4%. I'm completely baffled that management has absolutely no integrity what so ever. Billions of dollars of shareholders $ has disappeared since 2014. Shareholders NEED to win this. If they don't, I will never invest in anything ever again, and proof will show the system is completely rigged
