How about threat of lawsuits causing panic, fear, and selling? That had to contribute to what happened this morning, the discussion yesterday on here about lawsuits. Class action lawsuits just make the lawyers rich. Alpng with allegations made that TSA and Homeland Security raised concerns about IMSC, even though no proof to back up those statements has been shown.
