I'd note that this isn't a job posting for CEO, rather a generic posting for management positioins.

I like the last line a lot....a commitment to create and deliver significant value for shareholders, investors and
employees..... In truth I don't necessarily believe it is genuine given the current state of the company. I've moved to the show me stance and am waitng for the drillbit to set down in our blocks.
