It is ludicrous to say that the audit will be finalized by the end of the third quarter. That is this month.
The audit will never happen as it will reveal FRAUD. PHONY INVOICING and HUGE SIPHONING of FUNDS out of ZMRK through phony expenses. Who got the jewelry from the invoices that were written off to Bad Debt.
No audit. No registration. No uplisting. ZMRK is a scam.
