Ruppert never sent Kim any emails and certainly didn't beg anyone for anything as you suggest. He did make Kalisky a 1 time offer to settle for the benefit of shareholders. Let everyone read it below and see if any one was begging. The reason for a settlement offer in cash is simple. When I win Kim has no real cash to settle as the CEO and I don't want shares. If I take a discounted settlement I do still own a lot of stock and if he settled fir 25 cents of the dollar than it would prove he was serious and I potentially could make up the difference in my share value. The email was sent to Kalisky and not Kim as well

I just want the money owed to me. As a gesture of good faith you can relay the message that will make a one time settlement offer for 40k. You are sounding very desperate. Those financials and the quarterly were a real joke
