What's the bid/ask spread on this stock right now?.. Does this stock suffer from large gap syndrome that a lot of other low floating stocks out there seem to suffer from atm?

Also, where are all these shares coming from?... I just picked up 2 million at 0.0011... but it just makes very little sense to me that I picked it up so easily.. filled up in seconds...
