Well if Mr. Copley is going to get a answer from the courts, it should be anytime unless new delay was asked for. His large investor(s) I don't believe came in because Bion wasn't able to pay the million dollars to regain the patent material. Kind of hard to go ask other companies to invest when you don't have the patent in your pocket. I wonder if this is what 100% commitment sounds like. I am a farmer that uses urea and I know what being committed means.
