The pathway you offer has been tried here before.
The BOD and management have rendered themselves as being impregnable.
I do believe that they, themselves, have become overwhelmed with the major event spinning out of control.
There are far too many elements here to preclude this bubble from bursting.
Major fraud has been committed against those invested in this company.
Four different federal agencies are involved now.
The quiet period can not last much longer.
