There is no doubt that Victory had/has issues and if I could have voted I would have structured the deal differently or better not done it.

But, I didn't have any input into the decision.

I looked at their history and someone suggested that at the very least Wally Boguski and Laurence Sookochoff resign or be terminated.

Victory does own the claim and for the roll of the dice that is all that matters.
