KBM was run by Curt Kramer who used to run Asher and his son now runs another toxic lending firm. Kramer due to his run-ins with the SEC is officially deemed a "bad actor" and many firms that still have Asher/KBM debt on them are getting denied corporate actions (i.e. reverse splits).

So until someone buys out KBM, no reverse.
