Another day with yet more lack of interest in CGRW, which is, at best, EXTREMELY OVERVALUED. These guys have been scamming investors for years, and the common shareholder here has almost no chance to win with the oppressive capital structure. Too bad this silly company can't even provide its basic economics for investors to assess the business model potential. All the company does is put out press releases with generalities ("liason", services provider", etc.).

The implied market cap here converting everything out in the capital structure is over $400mm, which is an insurmountable problem even if this proves to not be the scam that it likely is. The jokers running this company have had literally a decade to file with the SEC, yet they don't. GLTA...
