I agree with those sentiments. Management here has not proven their ability to accomplish things in a timely manner. A lot of uncertainty and risk associated with that.

What are the chances, in all seriousness, of getting FDA approval if they never file the application? What are the odds of garnering a partnership, or marketing it themselves, without an approval? The odds are likely next to nothing or perhaps nothing. There is no free lunch coming from the FDA here in the United States.
