Good intel Vulcan. That seems to dovetail with my suspicions that somebody already knows something. This is pure opinion and speculation here, but my suspicion is that leaks are occurring and that a settlement is about to be announced soon that benefits both parties. Why do I say this? Yesterday we witnessed the price spike in the PPS for JNSH and it is not dropping despite reaching a new intraday high yesterday.

Now we have CCGI spiking for no reason at all apparently (and it certainly can't be for their challenging financials), so the question obviously becomes what is causing these price spikes? It is either coincidence (ha!) or people are talking and both parties are clearly satisfied with the outcome. That suggests a business symbiosis of some type has formed. IMHO.
