Hell, I would settle with Ruppert and Ross - then do a reverse split and they would be out.

Then I would create a new Preferred Series and issue those to the retail shareholders that hadn't obtained their shares fraudulently - and there isn't anything that Ruppert could do but whine and cry some more.
